  13. I also own this modem and it is number four in this persons list that
  14. is particularly disturbing to me---when I bought the modem I expected
  15. it to have software that could AUTOMATICALLY tell if the call was
  16. voice or fax and that just is not true.

  18. As for your other comm software you will find that many comm software
  19. products will not support this product.  I was just messing around
  20. with the voice demo from Katlina which supposedly supports the 28
  21. Vi--but if you select this modem in the setup when it goes to
  22. initialize the modem it returns error codes.

  24. GOOD LUCK.  I guess all we can do is wait for MS to write a version of
  25. MS Phone that will work with this unusual modem.
