- I also own this modem and it is number four in this persons list that
- is particularly disturbing to me---when I bought the modem I expected
- it to have software that could AUTOMATICALLY tell if the call was
- voice or fax and that just is not true.

- As for your other comm software you will find that many comm software
- products will not support this product. I was just messing around
- with the voice demo from Katlina which supposedly supports the 28
- Vi--but if you select this modem in the setup when it goes to
- initialize the modem it returns error codes.

- GOOD LUCK. I guess all we can do is wait for MS to write a version of
- MS Phone that will work with this unusual modem.
